You’ll then eat each course paired with both selected beer and wine and vote on which works the best.

BRIAN JENSON, BOTTLECRAFT

Born and raised in Southern California, Brian Jensen has been passionate about hospitality his whole life. In 2011, Brian opened Bottlecraft Beer Shop and Tasting Room, a craft beer boutique and bar that, in his words, “curates the best local, domestic and international craft beer”. Bottlecraft quickly gained notoriety after its opening and has since been featured in local and national publications including The New York Times, Time Magazine, and Sunset Magazine. Brian is recognized as a craft beer industry expert and has been quoted in Market Watch Magazine, Beer Advocate, and San Diego Magazine.

GREG MAJORS, GRAPE SMUGGLER

Blue Bridge Hospitality Wine Director Greg Majors oversees Stake Chophouse & Bar’s impressive wine program, which is prominently displayed via two glass wine cellars housing more than 2,000 bottles with 200 selections from all areas of the globe.  Majors returned to San Diego to join Stake having spent nearly a decade in New York City working closely with industry heavyweights. Greg now also operates Grape Smuggler, a wine and spirits shop as well as a worldly tapas bar located in Liberty Public Market.
